General
By placing an order with Eclipse Lighting and Sound Limited, you are accepting these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Website Use .
Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods.
We always try to ensure the accuracy of the prices on our website, but there may be rare occasions when an error occurs. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before accepting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to amend your order to the correct price select alternative products or cancel your order.
All prices quoted are exclusive of carriage/delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.

Order Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Eclipse Lighting and Sound Ltd for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing to Eclipse Lighting and Sound Ltd, Suite 1, First Floor Blue Pit Mill, Queensway, Rochdale, OL11 2PG or via email to enquiries@eclipselightingandsound.co.uk Cancellations can be made within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods and must quote your order number,
If your order has already been processed and received, you will need to return the order to us at your own cost. The item will remain your responsibility until it is received by us. For your own protection we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods to be returned.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us if possible via email at enquiries@eclipselightingandsound.co.uk or by telephone on 0845 3733979, stating your order number, and name and address, as well as details of the product and the problem you have found. Please state whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will advise on how to proceed with the return.

Incorrect Item Received
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us if possible via email at enquiries@eclipselightingandsound.co.uk or by telephone on 0845 3733979, stating your order number, and name and address, as well as details of the product and the problem you have found. Please state whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will advise on how to proceed with the return.

Returned Items
Returned items, in their original packaging, will be inspected to ensure all manuals, accessories, free items and any other components are within the returned package and that reasonable care has been taken of the goods.
The cost of any missing items will be deducted from any refund paid to you, as will a charge equivalent to the reduction in value of an item due to damage caused by a lack of reasonable care.
Refunds will be processed on the same card used for the original transaction

Warranty

We offer a two-year guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship. If your product is not satisfactory in accordance with the terms of the warranty,
Limitation of Liability
These limits do not supersede your statutory rights. For products purchased on this site, except for claims of personal injury or death, the maximum liability of Eclipse Lighting and Sound Limited shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product. Eclipse Lighting and Sound Limited shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

UK Customers

If you purchased any product from this website, any contract between us will be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract. All dealings, correspondence and contracts between us will be made or conducted in the English language.
You may have other rights granted by law and under the website and these Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect these.

Confirming your identity

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Delivery of items anywhere within the UK mainland will be charged as follows –
